  • How do I pay?
    We have many options to suit your needs. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card at Andino Design store?
    You can rest assured, using your credit card at Andino Design is absolutely safe. We use secure servers to process payments and your personal information will never be shared with anyone. For more information about our security and privacy policies, you can go to our Privacy Policy.
  • How can I follow my orders?
    To check the status of your order you need to log in to your account, and look for your order history. Remember our Concierge Team is happy by to assist you with any questions you may have about your orders.
  • Can I change my mind once my order has been placed?
    If you would ever need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@andinodesign.com
  • How much will shipping cost?
    Size, weight, destination and the nature of your purchase will have an influence on the type of delivery, therefore, on the final cost of the product. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout after you have specified your shipping destination. We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $500 AUD.   • How can I expedite the shipping of my order?
    Shipping times will vary and are often not negotiable. If you would need to accelerate delivery, contact us at hello@andinodesign.com as soon as possible and we will assist you with shipping options. Every express delivery will vary depending on the method and location of delivery.
  • How does Andino Design handle international duties and taxes?
    Orders shipped are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion.   • How can I track my order?
    You'll receive an email with your tracking details and instructions as soon as your order has been shipped. Remember our Concierge Team is happy to assist you with any questions you may have about your orders at hello@andinodesign.com
  • How can I return my purchase?
    In order to return something bought in our shop you will have contact our Concierge team with your order number, product, and reason for return. We will review your request and send a return authorization once approved. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will rely on the buyer.   • Can I exchange an item?
    Some of our products can be replaced with similar pieces if the customer has received faulty goods. Please contact us at hello@andinodesign.com with details of your purchase and the reason for seeking an exchange. If approved, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
  • I received a damaged item. What do I do?
    If any item arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us by contacting hello@andinodesign.com. We will do all we can to remedy the situation. Given the limited quantities of many of our products, a replacement may not always be possible.
  • When will I receive a credit for a return?
    Once we have received your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process and credit your credit card or paypal. If you have any questions or concerns about the return process, contact hello@andinodesgin.com.

    Launched in 2021 Andino Design is a platform that combines the pleasure of shopping handcrafted objects from South America with the discovery of something new through our blog. Our concept is simple – made by hands in the highest peaks of the Andes – this means that Andino places the artisan and their work at its core. The integrity of our brand is under-pinned by a focus on low-scale production, using local resources to create contemporary pieces that celebrate ancient cultures.
  • How Andino Design choose its products?
    Proud partners - un Chilleno and un Australiano –, we are passionate curators and on the quest for the most beautiful objects made by man. We like to work by collections, that way we go to the roots of each region.
  • What are the advantages of a handmade piece?
    Andino Design pieces are 100% handmade. Due to its nature and unique manufacturing process, our products can never be 100% replicated, meaning every piece is individual. Handmade pieces are not only unique, but also full of charm that it's only achieved through the passion, love and tradition each artisan pours into them.
  • Can I purchase a custom-made rug or item in a different size?
